You provide us an original graphic (photo, image, illustration, etc.) and we send you a quote with our terms of use. We attend to any queries you have as best we can. Once you confirm to engage us with full payment, we help you draw, scale, size, duplicate and/or customize according to your specifications. Upon completion, we send a first draft for your inspection and we allow one revision to the first draft before sending you the final copy in .jpg or .gif format.
